Online Scrip Order

This page is used to place a scrip order to the boosters either online or printed a copy of the order form for mailing or delivery to the band room lock box. Online orders will be processed by PayPal, the official clearinghouse used by EBay and many other online retailers. PayPal provides a secure method to process your payment to alleviate the risk of identity theft. A 3% shipping and handling fee will be added to any online order during your interaction with PayPal.

To order scrip, simply find the retailer in one of these two lists:

• Alphabetical list of retailers
• Categorical list of retailers

Each line in the tables on these pages includes an "Add to Cart" button. Press this button to select the item at which point you'll be transferred to PayPal where you can enter the quantity of scrip at the denomination selected. To review what you've ordered, press the "View Cart" button at the top of the form. From the "View Cart" screen, you may adjust quantities, continue shopping or complete and place your order. When you press the "Secure Checkout" button on the shopping cart screen, you'll be taken to the PayPal order processing center where you just follow directions to place the order.

We plan to order bundles of scrip weekly. The scrip is received about a week later and will be delivered to you upon receipt from Great Lakes Scrip. If you have any questions about your order status, please email scrip@chieftainband.org.

If you'd prefer not to place your order online, you may download either a complete order form or a short order form that you can print, fill-in the quantities of each scrip you'd like to order and mail it with a check or money order to:
